GradeIQ is a Chrome extension that displays graded card population data and average sale prices on eBay listings. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers listed below, which are necessary to operate the product.

We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics. Events include actions like opening the extension, viewing tabs, clicking cards, and signing in. No personally identifiable information — such as your name, email, or browsing history outside of eBay graded card listings — is included in these events.
Analytics events are associated with a randomly generated anonymous ID stored locally on your device. If you create an account, events are linked to your account's internal UUID — never your email address.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Anonymous analytics events are retained per PostHog's default retention policy. Issue reports and card suggestions are retained until manually reviewed and deleted by our team. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

GradeIQ does not have a minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of GradeIQ after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
